Ingredients:
For the cake: I made 2 batches of Chocolate cake. (The cakes are baked in 8'' and 4" round cake pans)
For the Chocolate Butter-cream filling :
Unsalted butter- 1 cup, very soft (not melted).
Milk- 1 tbsp+1 tsp
Semi sweet chocolate-170 gm, melted & cooled to room temp
Vanilla extract- 2 tsp
Confectioner's sugar/Icing sugar- 1 1/4 cup
Method:
In a medium sized bowl beat butter until creamy for about 3 mins.
Add milk and beat until smooth for 1 more minute.
Add the melted and cooled chocolate and beat well till everything is mixed well.
Add in the vanilla extract and beat for 3 minutes.
Gradually add in the sugar and beat until creamy and of desired consistency.
Marshmallow Fondant: I made 2 set of fondant. And made orange and pink color fondants from that.
Assembly:
Sandwich together two 8" cakes and two 4" cake and cover it with Chocolate Butter-cream filing. Cover the cakes separately with white fondant and sandwich them by applying water. Decorate them.
