Cow: Head and ears almost same as of horse. I put Spaghetti in cows legs so that the weight of the body will get balanced.  

I made two 9" round cakes and two 10" square cakes and used white chocolate butter cream as filling and for crumb coating. Then covered the cake and board with green fondant.
